Due to cost considerations, Alibaba Cloud isn’t incorporated presently. To conduct labs on Alibaba Cloud, you’ll need to purchase CREDITS separately. Be aware, this might limit the number of your lab attempts.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. When you cancel, you’ll continue to have access to all LabEx Pro features until your current billing cycle ends.To cancel, simply go to your profile, select the ‘Subscriptions’ tab, and there you’ll find the Cancel option.
Yes, you can make the switch anytime. When you choose to move to the annual subscription, your monthly subscription will terminate at the end of the current month, paving the way for the annual cycle.
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are confident you will enjoy our learning experience. However, we understand that certain situations may necessitate a refund request.
  1. Monthly Pro Subscriptions: LabEx Pro monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the purchased subscription period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you agree to the renewal charge. If you cancel, you will retain access for the remainder of your billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued.
  2. Annual Pro Subscriptions and Pro 2-Year Plan: These subscriptions include a 7-day cooling-off period, during which you may request a full refund, provided you have not completed more than 10 labs. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. After this period, or if more than 10 labs have been completed within the initial 7 days, refunds will not be granted.
  3. Vouchers and Coupon Codes: Purchases made using vouchers or coupon codes are non-refundable, no exceptions.
To request a refund, please email info@labex.io with your account email, the purchase invoice, and a brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.We recommend that users explore our free Basic plan, which includes access to many free hands-on labs and limited virtual machines per day, before making a purchase to ensure the service meets their needs. Yes, you can migrate your existing subscription from one account (Account A) to another account (Account B). To do this, please follow these steps:
  1. Register and set up your Account B in advance
  2. Use the email address associated with Account A to send an email to info@labex.io
  3. In your email, specify your Account B details and explain your reason for the migration
  4. Our support team will process your migration request manually after receiving your email
Once processed, your subscription will be transferred to Account B, and you’ll have full access to all LabEx Pro features on your new account.
  • Once the migration is completed, it cannot be reversed. Please ensure you have chosen the correct target account before submitting your request.
  • Only the subscription membership will be migrated. Other data such as lab progress, certificates, and learning history will not be transferred to Account B.
