Yes, we offer special discounts for both students and group subscriptions.For group subscriptions, you can purchase LabEx Pro for your team with volume discounts and receive dedicated support from a customer manager. LabEx Pro members can earn a personalized certificate upon successful completion of all labs in a course or acquiring 60% skills in a Skill Tree. Free accounts with Basic Plan are not eligible for certificates.For more details, please visit the Certificates of Completion page.
Due to cost considerations, Alibaba Cloud isn’t incorporated presently. To conduct labs on Alibaba Cloud, you’ll need to purchase CREDITS separately. Be aware, this might limit the number of your lab attempts.

Yes, LabEx accepts USDT (TRC20 – TRON Network) and USDC (Arbitrum One Network). Because we need to manually verify each transfer, please email hang@labex.io to request the receiving address and payment instructions before making a payment.For more information and important notices regarding crypto payments, please refer to the Cryptocurrency Payments section.
  • Annual Plan: Automatically renews every year. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your subscription settings.
  • Two-Year Plan: This is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription’s auto-renewal anytime. When you cancel, you’ll continue to have access to all LabEx Pro features until your current billing cycle ends.To cancel, simply go to your profile, select the ‘Subscriptions’ tab, and there you’ll find the Cancel option. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are confident you will enjoy our learning experience. However, we understand that certain situations may necessitate a refund request.
  1. Annual Pro Subscriptions and Pro 2-Year Plan: These subscriptions include a 7-day cooling-off period, during which you may request a full refund, provided you have not completed more than 10 labs. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. After this period, or if more than 10 labs have been completed within the initial 7 days, refunds will not be granted.
  2. Vouchers and Coupon Codes: Purchases made using vouchers or coupon codes are non-refundable, no exceptions.
To request a refund, please email info@labex.io with your account email, the purchase invoice, and a brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.We recommend that users explore our free Basic plan, which includes access to many free hands-on labs and limited virtual machines per day, before making a purchase to ensure the service meets their needs.
