Yes, you can make the switch anytime. When you choose to move to the annual subscription, your monthly subscription will terminate at the end of the current month, paving the way for the annual cycle.

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are confident you will enjoy our learning experience. However, we understand that certain situations may necessitate a refund request.
- Monthly Pro Subscriptions: LabEx Pro monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the purchased subscription period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you agree to the renewal charge. If you cancel, you will retain access for the remainder of your billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued.
- Annual Pro Subscriptions and Pro 2-Year Plan: These subscriptions include a 7-day cooling-off period, during which you may request a full refund, provided you have not completed more than 10 labs. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. After this period, or if more than 10 labs have been completed within the initial 7 days, refunds will not be granted.
- Vouchers and Coupon Codes: Purchases made using vouchers or coupon codes are non-refundable, no exceptions.
