Due to cost considerations, Alibaba Cloud isn’t incorporated presently. To conduct labs on Alibaba Cloud, you’ll need to purchase CREDITS separately. Be aware, this might limit the number of your lab attempts.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. When you cancel, you’ll continue to have access to all LabEx Pro features until your current billing cycle ends.
To cancel, simply go to your profile, select the ‘Subscriptions’ tab, and there you’ll find the Cancel option.
Yes, you can make the switch anytime. When you choose to move to the annual subscription, your monthly subscription will terminate at the end of the current month, paving the way for the annual cycle.
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. If you’re not satisfied with our product or service, you can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, and we’ll process it without any questions. To avoid abuse, we ask that your learning record does not exceed 10 labs.
