My Profile

My profile page displays your course learning records, skill tree learning records, credit history, subscription details, and badges earned, among other information.

Reset Password

If you forget your password, click the ‘Forgot Password’ button on the login page. Enter your registered email, and you’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Modify Account Settings

• Changing Settings: To change your nickname, email, or password, go to the ‘Settings’ page accessible from the dropdown under your avatar.
• Email Changes: Require verification of the new email.
• Password Changes: After changing your password, the system will require you to log in again.

Delete Account

In the ‘Settings’ page, click ‘Delete Account’ in the bottom right corner. Please note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Manage Email Notifications

You can configure or turn off Forum email notifications in the ‘Settings’ page. Alternatively, you can unsubscribe from email notifications by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in any email you receive from LabEx.

Invite Friends

Click on ‘Invite Friends’ in the drop-down menu under your avatar to get your unique referral link. Share this link with friends or post it on communities or social media platforms. Anyone who registers on LabEx using your link and starts a lab will earn you and the invitee a week of Pro benefits.
