There are a lot of questions that come up when you’re considering a subscription to LabEx Pro. We’ve compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions to help you make an informed decision.
- Unlimited Temporary VMs: Pro users can launch any number of VMs in non-Cloud Lab labs without restrictions, unlike the free plan, which limits to 5 launches per day.
- 2 Persistent VMs: Pro users can save two temporary VMs for up to 30 days, allowing continuation of projects or labs from where they left off.
While free plan users operate on a shared cluster which may face resource shortages, Pro users will not encounter such issues as they are allocated to a dedicated Pro cluster with ample resources.

With LabEx Pro, you can preserve up to 2 virtual machines. If your virtual machines surpass the LabEx Pro limits, you would need to delete some existing ones to free up space.
Due to cost considerations, Alibaba Cloud isn’t incorporated presently. To conduct labs on Alibaba Cloud, you’ll need to purchase CREDITS separately. Be aware, this might limit the number of your lab attempts.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. When you cancel, you’ll continue to have access to all LabEx Pro features until your current billing cycle ends.
To cancel, simply go to your profile, select the ‘Subscriptions’ tab, and there you’ll find the Cancel option.
Yes, you can make the switch anytime. When you choose to move to the annual subscription, your monthly subscription will terminate at the end of the current month, paving the way for the annual cycle.
